How to place an order or make an inquiry
You can place your order by e-mail, fax, post or telephone. You can use our fax order forms in each product section and in the sidebar on the right.
If you prefer your own order format, please provide the following information:
Invoice address
Delivery address (if different from the invoice address)
Customer number (should you already have one)
VAT number (all European orders except Germany)
Requested product: Item name, item number, quantity
Purchase order number (optional)
For payment with credit card: Card type (American Express, VISA, MasterCard), card number, card holder, expiry date, security code
For shipment with customer account: Account number (e.g. FedEx, DHL, TNT etc.)
