Event: III. EHEC Workshop 16-18 June, 2010
Dr. Sonja Leopoldseder and Dr. Michael Schütz will present on Hyglos latest achievements regarding phage protein-based test systems for Enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) at this year's EHEC Workshop in Wildbad Kreuth, Germany.
Dr. Leopoldseder from the Max von Pettenkofer-Institute in Munich, will give a talk at the III. EHEC Workshop. The event is co-organized by German, Austrian and Swiss reference laboratories and food safety & health authorities and will be held in Wildbad Kreuth (Germany) from the 16th until the 18th of June 2010.
The talk of Dr. Leopoldseder entitled "Development of new phage proteins for the improved detection of six non-O157 EHEC serotypes", will take place on the 17th of June within the Detection Methods and Diagnostics section of the conference program. In the same section, Dr. Michael Schütz from Hyglos GmbH will present his poster on "Phage ligand-based selective enrichment (AMS) for the detection of Escherichia coli O157 according to ISO 10167 as well as for the detection with Real-time PCR".
